I really think that Franky Zorro Robin Sanji, they would all not able to ride it, they got these tendencies for cruel decisions you know ^^

zoro – cruelty -> no can do
robin – cruelty -> no can do
nami – obsessed with money -> no can do
usopp – liar -> no can do
so other than luffy, I think that chopper might be the only one able to fly it.
