First, The LavaNingen. Yeahq he is evil, but still kill everyone in the name of the law. He sacrifice 10 peaople to save 1 000. So he is Lawful Evil.
Luffy is not neutral too. Do you really think he is ? He always do that he think is good, and just because he is luffy, he destroy everythink. He is Chaotic Good.
Smoke-chan is lawful good too. Yes, he do what he thinks is good but this also is in the name of justice.
